The most unprofessional and downright negligent lab services ever. Not only do they not answer the phone and are terrible at communication, they LOST MY SAMPLES that I dropped off for testing. I arrived to Clinical Labs on Jan 13, right before they closed the doors for their extensive lunch break and handed my samples in a bag to the woman working there. I'm really grateful they open so early BUT the old folks that come here every week will be here Waaay before you! Haha Just an FYI you need to SIGN IN. There are clip boards, sheet of paper, and pencils near the receptionist. Go straight up to the receptionist and grab a number FIRST then start filling the paper out. They are pretty quick but expect to wait. My whole process was a little over 45mins I arrived at 615 am I think there was only one phlebotomist but all things considered she was a rock star. My transport was late, so we arrived at 12:10 and a sign on the door says they are closed until 1:30. Pretty long lunch. 😞 Then they close for the day at 3.

Understaffed. The folks that work there are great, but there aren't enough of them. I gave up after a half hour during which only a couple people got blood drawn. ► Reply to Owner. There are solutions for staffing level challenges: Higher pay, benefits, etc.
