I'm very grateful for this location being open 7 days a week to service those needing work done! My suggestion- make an appointment online. Its so easy and although you can do a walk-in, with an appointment you'll be priority. I was nervous and had 2 pregnancy lab kits to do and well I wasn't expecting to take 13 vials but the man who drew my blood was so calm and he let me know how far along we were which was nice because I didn't dare look the whole time. Great experience, definitely recommend this location!
Good luck trying to get ahold of the billing department, call and all you get is a beep-beep- beep!!!! Write a letter asking for a detailed billing so you can send to your insurance provider! Nope, zero response!! Ask that they simply bill your insurance provider, like they have in the past, nope, no response.
Went in for blood draw and only took 15 mins tops...nice receptionist,nice nurse...they were good! Fastest easiest experience..thank you very much!
