5 significant issues with this place. Shipped out late, then lied about the draw date since they were late, disorganized and left my samples unmarked, did not have the required ice packs for shipping and didn't care, inexperienced drawing the blood. More details: 1. They had difficulty drawing the blood. The newer employee had to go get a more experienced employee. I'm healthy, have "good veins," so no reason except inexperience for her to have to stick me more than once and search the needle around in my arm. 2. Then they s... read more
If you are worried at all to get blood. I want you to know that this place is wonderful and Shayna was amazing! She was great at the stick, barely felt it and her energy radiates onto you! Thanks lady!
The Staff at Clinical Labs, Kailua are the best. They are knowledgeable and caring. Suffice to say, this is my go to lab!
We were in and out quickly. Greeted friendly and professionally. Donna and Shaina both did amazing with my young kids. So thankful for their expertise, patience, and kindness.
Never felt so disrespected in my life! Walked in to try and get some blood work done. The girl at the front desk was extremely unprofessional would not acknowledge me when I was talking and kept looking away as if i was a bother to her. I straight up called her out and asked why she wouldnt acknowledge me and how unprofessional she was acting. Her eye roll was enough for me at that point to walk out the door.
