Their website says they have been in business since 2010, but nobody has set up their voicemail box yet and they seldom answer. The Bill Pay portal doesn't work either and says, no PayPal account has been linked to this user. So I get a bill in the mail and they want me to send them my credit card information through the US Postal service? lol ummm nope! I also experienced the office closed at 8am and finally someone showed up around 8:15. I can only hope my results were accurate
