Sooooo friendly , they like their job and it shows
Giselle is the best! I recommend this establishment based on her expert and professional blood draw... Very clean reception area, wish the water dispenser was not empty as I was still on my 12 hour fast. Very expedient service despite not making an appointment.
Staff here is excellent! Quick, efficient, never have to stab my tiny hard to see veins more than once. I’ve been here 2x for labs easy peasey.
Someone keeps hanging up on me at this office. Very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this lab at all. I had an 11 am appointment, got there five minutes early and checked in. The sign said people with appts would get priority over walks ins. That didn’t happen. At 11:40 I was the only one left. So I asked about my appt. The receptionist was quite rude. Barked at me for my id and insurance which I had given her almost an hour previously. She instructed me to go to room 2 so I did. She drew my blood and then said “that’s it you can go” I’ve had blood drawn a lot. I know they are supposed ... read more
