So, they are thieves and just did a unauthorized charge of 99.00 to my credit card. I have reported them to my bank and medical team. Very sneaky
Phlebotomist berated my daughter for “cutting” in line not knowing a thing about her situation. (Timed draw for transplant care right before cath lab.) Super unprofessional and not cutting in line as it’s her protocol and what she’s supposed to do!
One of the great UW labs I have been to. The front desk staff is very helpful, and the phlebotomists are also very skilled and kind.
Friendly staff, very efficient, skilled phlebotomist.
