Phlebotomist berated my daughter for “cutting” in line not knowing a thing about her situation. (Timed draw for transplant care right before cath lab.) Super unprofessional and not cutting in line as it’s her protocol and what she’s supposed to do!
One of the great UW labs I have been to. The front desk staff is very helpful, and the phlebotomists are also very skilled and kind.

Draws here since 2013, quarterly, increasing to monthly and even weekly for a few months early 2025. Excellent care across all the staff, painless stick (with 2 exceptions I can think of - it happens). They are often very busy, but even if the line is long I'm usually in & out in 30-45 min or less. Just wish there was free parking for long enough to get this done.
