Called due to bleeding but I was told Dr Shay isn’t seeing her patients rather she is scheduling everyone with her Nurse Practioner & it would be a month before the nurse could see me. The staff advised I go to ER if the bleeding continued. The bleeding got so bad I ended up going to the ER. When I got to the ER I found they failed to mention Dr Shay no longer services Aultman Hospital so another doctor had to be brought in.
