Had a blind lady do my assessment. Twice I had to tell her that the form she had magnified was upside down. Went back to pick up my assessment and low and behold info was missing. I was pissed off to say the least. Can't get anyone to answer phone most of the time. Lost my temper with them and they cut me out. Waste of time...reporting to state.
