About as Unethical practice as you can find. I was seeing a therapist for about a month. I received a call about an hour before my appointment on a Tuesday that she had to cancel and move my appointment to a Thursday. We did that and then the Thursday came and about an hour before that appointment, I received a call from the HR director stating that the therapist was no longer with them and that my appointment was canceled.
