Great place to receive great help. Savanna is an amazing therapist. I wouldn't be where I'm at today with her style of therapy and knowledge.
I showed up for my appointment and was turned away because I didn’t want to put a credit card on file with them to charge. When the insurance pays them, you don’t get a statement or a request for payment. They just charge your card without notice. I didn’t feel comfortable with that and I don’t know of any other medical facility that operates that way. I read the response from the owner and was shocked. If we could give more than just 5 stars to Savannah Ortiz we would! She singlehandedly saved our relationship and we could not be more grateful for that! If you are looking for a therapist with an open mind and modern communication style, she is your gal! She is wonderful at hearing both perspectives in a relationship to help her clients come to an understanding and does a great job walking the line between being personable and professional. 20/10 would recommend.
