I called to get information about the services here and I had a lot of questions. The receptionist was super condescending, rude, short, and made me feel like I was burdening her by calling. I show up another day to drop off my id and insurance info so I could get an estimate for how much it would be. Not only did that take way longer than it needed to, they told me I would hear back within a couple of days. I never did. I even tried calling to follow up and nothing. I love all the staff here their amazing! Spencer Moncur is amazing I love the way he runs his groups. He makes recovery fun 5 Stars!! Malinda Herrera is also amazing, Dorothy Longshaw is the best she tells it how it is and I really respect that. Austin Kilby is super helpful with any concerns I have, he's amazing at his job. Last but not Least my therapist Aleina Eyre, best therapist I ever had and could ever ask for. I Love all of these people!
I’m posting this review on behalf of my girlfriend. She decided to go to clinical consultants in good faith that her mental health would be handled with care. Dr Baird was horrible and unprofessional. Asked her personal questions about sex that was none of his business. Took her off all her medication she was on and said he could heal her other ways. Naturally. My girlfriend is worse now than she was when she started. We are seeking other mental health services in Tooele … Ronald Baird, shame on you.
