HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you call and speak to Maggie please hang up or request to speak to somebody else. That front office worker is disrespectful, rude and has major attitude problems. This is a place were senior citizens go to be seen and they should be helped by nice caring people, not uneducated rude individuals. Hopefully when Conviva takes over Clinical Care Medical Center they FIRE maggie for her incompetence.

I have been on the phone MY ENTIRE 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK!!! Trying to get a FIRST TIME CLIENT EXAM!!!! BECAUSE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!! The first time I called I was bounced to 3 different people. Then hung up on. The second time. Someone just put the phone down and I heard people talking in Spanish in the background for 5 MINUTES!!!! I hung up. Called again. Just to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. Forget this place. I'm going somewhere else. If you're smart, you will too.
Estoy en esta Clinica hace unos años los doctores son muy profesionales y se preocupan mucho por sus pacientes. Casi todos los especialistas vienen a la Clinica, tiene Optica y centro de recreación que le dan comidas de lunch a los pacientes.
