Honestly, the NP (I can’t remember her name) was very nice to my client and was very attentive. I am a caregiver and my client would lie to medical professionals, just so he wouldn’t have to deal with even more medical professionals. The NP and I would make eye contact and it was enough for us to understand that he wasn’t telling the truth. Here’s the problem: my client wound up in the hospital. Clinical Bridges employees some of the finest Nurse Practitioners I have ever met. They are caring, compassionate, empathetic, sympathetic and knowledgeable. My NP, Kimberly Nelson, stays on top of my medical care, even when I am less than compliant. She encourages, teaches and spends time with her patients. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
