My wife and I had an appointment for counseling. We showed up a few minutes early, and another gentleman walked in a couple minutes after us. We realized we were booked for the same counselor and the same time. When the counselor finally walked out (10 minutes late), he told me that I had my appointment at 11am. My appointment, that he scheduled, was actually for 1pm. First and foremost, staff are good hearted people. Very polite and knowledgeable about substance abuse. How ever, I have called numerous times, and left multiple messages but none have been returned. I am sure there is a call if reason for this, however I have been unable to return to work because of this breakdown in communication.
