Very friendly staff, many resources, and very accessible if you live in Amherst. My only hang up is sometimes communication is a bit mixed up due to certain systems not working, but that's technically Northamptons fault. There are also a small number of things that need to get done through Northampton's office but very rarely (if ever) one would need to go there instead.
