I went in today as a walk in to see a doctor I was willing to wait, I went in at 2 and was told I couldn’t be seen till 6. Even after I told the receptionist I was willing to wait but till 6 is insane. Prior to today I had another bad experience and that should’ve already been a red flag for me to go in there again today. Estaba siendo tratada por mi embarazo con esta clínica y llame para una cita porque tenía amenaza de aborto ellas dijeron que tenía que esperar hasta 3 semanas después, les pedí que tuvieran una excepción por mi embarazo ya que tenía días sangrando y urgencias decía que ellos eran los que me debían ayudar, fui a una cita y la enfermera dijo que no era posible un aborto, ya tuve el aborto y mi cita con la ginecóloga nunca llegó.

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. I came in for lab work and to discuss a referral, but the provider appeared to have no knowledge of my chart or the reason for my visit. The check up part of the visit lasted no more than 5 minutes, and I was told to come back later for lab work. If the provider had reviewed my chart beforehand, she would have clearly seen why I was there and what I was requesting. Instead, I felt rushed and unheard.
