Llevo algunos 6 años visitando a Salus Healthy Clinic en el segundo piso para mi examen anual preventivo. El trato siempre es el mismo! Maravilloso servicio y maravilloso equipo. Gracias a todos los técnicos, asistentes de laboratorio y sala. Especialmente a Roselyn, quien siempre te recibe con el mismo animo y cariño.
Where do I start... I called on Wednesday, September 3rd to make an appointment to get a mammogram and a sonomammogram done. I requested the date to be towards the end of the month due to work. The receptionist provided me with several days on the week of the 22nd through the 26th of September. So I took Monday, September 22 at 8 am. Terrible. Terminaron relación co mi plan medico no notificaron absolutamente nada y espere tres meses para una cita y no me atendieron. El mismo día llame y tampoco me notificaron es mas me dijeron que la cita seguía en pie y que llegara a las 11 am. Que decepción
El servicio de laboratorio es infernal, todos los días. Literalmente 3hrs de espera, mínimo, para que te atiendan, si llegas entre 6am-7am. Si llegas luego de esa hora, quien sabe. El concepto de clínica integrada esta bueno pero la capacidad de servicio esta pésima ya que hay mucha demanda de pacientes en las facilidades y poco personal. Tuve que ir “scouting” por todas las areas para q alguien me atendiera. Las recepcionistas no intervienen adecuadamente.
