I’ve had disappointing experiences here. The service is slow, and I’ve been left waiting for almost four hours, with staff saying there are four people ahead of me, only to see ten people called before me. They really need to improve their process and find better ways to serve people more efficiently. Honestly, it shouldn’t take more than two hours to attend to a patient.
WORSE WAIT TIME EVER. WITH APPOINTMENT YOU STILL WAIT AT LEAST 2 HOURS JUST TO PEE IN A CUP
My appointment was @ 10:50am I arrived prior to my appointment time, they had me wait 2 HOURS, there’s people walking in getting seen before you, you let the receptionist know and they have the most stale stanky faces about it. If you have to pick your kids up from school find a sitter before hand cause the service here is horrible. You can voice your concerns and they don’t care, they’ll purposely put other people before you
