I’ve been with this provider for a few years now, and I’ve never had trouble setting up appointments until now. The doctors here are great — they always tend to my needs, and it genuinely feels like they care about their patients. My issue is with the scheduler/receptionist. On Sept 22, 2022, I received a call from Medical Assistant Brenda asking me to schedule a follow-up Telehealth appointment. That appointment was unnecessary because I had already seen the provider. On Oct 4, 2022, I then received a letter stating I “missed” an appointment even though no appointment was ever scheduled in the first place.
