On Sept 22, 2022, I received a call from Medical Assistant Brenda asking me to schedule a follow-up Telehealth appointment. That appointment was unnecessary because I had already seen the provider. On Oct 4, 2022, I then received a letter stating I “missed” an appointment even though no appointment was ever scheduled in the first place.
