People at this place don't care about wasting your time, they cancel your appointment without prior notification. I was scheduled to pick up my son lab results, i drove 30 minutes just to found out my appointment was cancel when i got there. They're Very unprofessional and irresponsible. They don't take responsibility of their mistakes, instead they try to blame it on you. Very rude people.
I had two missed calls from this business on 8/15/2025. I called back asking for the name of the business. The first female staff refused to answer the question then disconnected the phone on me. I called back and a male agent did the same. I called back a third time and ditto. I asked for the name of his supervisor and he refused. They all spoke in Spanish when answering the phone. Un asco de clínica! Mi hijo el día de ayer llegó súper enfermo y lo único que hizo la “pediatra” fue tocarle un dedo, darle taylenol y decir que esperaban que no pasara a más y verlo en urgencia. Por favor busquen otra clínica aquí en Montebello! Lo peor del mundo!!
