I want to share my experience because I felt seen and heard, which is rare for a doctor's office! The doctor was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. She took the time to answer all my questions patiently. Everyone was professional and friendly (including the front desk). I always feel cared for here. When I had to go back for my lab results and medication refills, they took care of my struggle with the pharmacy.
Very disapointed with the services, the receptionist has no clue on how to give a good customer service , very Rude when asked simple questions. Needed medications badly and the doctor put a hold on my medication . I dont recommend This clinic, they are there only to take your money, dont care about patients
