My husband and I visited this clinic for our immigration medical exam and submitted our Form I-693. Unfortunately, during our USCIS interview, our I-693 was not accepted, which caused significant delays and additional expenses for us. We had to repeat the medical examination and resubmit the paperwork. I would recommend that anyone seeking immigration medical services carefully confirm that all required credentials and authorizations are current before proceeding.

Doctor Diaz has very little manners and acts as though he is above everyone he talks to. Also piece of advice, “If” you are able to get an appointment, make sure you are here no more than 5 minutes early or he becomes upset. On the other hand if you come in 5 minutes late you miss your appointment completely.
