They are very disorganized and unprofessional. We had an appointment for my child who has special needs, we canceled all her therapies, and I missed work. But when we arrived at the clinic, they told us that our appointment had been canceled. This is really ridiculous.
This place makes attainable healthcare in a bad cycle of it's dysfunction. I have come here for years and they put me in a cycle where they don't call you, uphold your appointments and then tell you they can't schedule out when you try to break it's dysfunction cycle. I should find a doctor but I have no healthcare and I come here for what I can get taken care of. My prescriptions run out often and I am trying to break that cycle too with them. Often leave my wife waiting for an hour and today turned us away for being 5 minutes late to an appointment for our newborn son. Reception overtly rude. Will be finding a different place.
Checked in at 9:30 for my one year old. Didn’t get attended until noon. When they finally showed up after hearing my son cry for HOURS they tried to force me to reschedule my appointment instead since it was their lunch break. Will not be returning. They took over 30 mins to find the vaccines they were going to give him. Did not double check them. Only gave him half. On top of all of that printed me the WRONG paperwork I asked for. Edit: I had also asked for an Iron test which I NEVER got.
