I'm having a hard time understanding the negative reviews. MHP/Clinica has treated me extremely well. The nurses work tirelessly and it's paramount to reserve expectations when it comes to medications. They are not a Panacea. They are not intended to be used as a crutch. If you truly want your mental health to prosper - find stability and manage symptoms - you need to put in a concerted effort (i.e. physical activity, diet/nutrition, consistent sleep cycle and therapy). Love Clinica. I have been seeing the same Doctor for many years. They have always given me exceptional care without waiting forever. My doctor Susan has always gone about and beyond to make sure I've been well taken care of. They also check a couple of days later to see how you are doing. I can't say enough good things about Clinica in Lafayette! My primary care PA retired. My medical care has gone to a zero. My new PA never calls back and says she will put in referrals but doesn't. I accompanied my grandma to her doctors appointment at this clinic. We got there early, when it was time for her appointment Dr. Alex told us that he wasn't going to attend her because he was attending another patient at the very same time that he was supposed to be attending my grandmas appointment. Didn't even bother to tell us ahead of time. very unprofessional.
