This place is the textbook case of American healthcare’s slide into enshittification. From the outside, Clinica Family Health & Wellness looks impressive: big, shiny office in Lafayette, slick branding, all the appearances of competence. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. We had an appointment for my child who has special needs, we canceled all her therapies, and I missed work. But when we arrived at the clinic, they told us that our appointment had been canceled. This is really ridiculous.

This place makes attainable healthcare in a bad cycle of it's dysfunction. I have come here for years and they put me in a cycle where they don't call you, uphold your appointments and then tell you they can't schedule out when you try to break it's dysfunction cycle. I should find a doctor but I have no healthcare and I come here for what I can get taken care of. My prescriptions run out often and I am trying to break that cycle too with them. I am taking care of myself but clinica is hard to work with sometimes. It should ... read more

Often leave my wife waiting for an hour and today turned us away for being 5 minutes late to an appointment for our newborn son. Reception overtly rude. Will be finding a different place.
