I came fresh out of inpatient to start my continued care, they started my financial eligibility & initial 2 hour intake. After my intake I was told someone would call me that same week to schedule my therapy appointments. No calls, I called them & they were rude & kept sending me to somebody who I had to keep leaving messages to because they never answered the phone. If you’re going to have someone working at a mental health facility it would be wise to train them on how to talk to patients. I called to schedule an appointment and Alex told me I had an appointment in 2 weeks. I explained that I was scheduling an individual, which none of my appointments were for. She told me I had an appointment scheduled to schedule that appointment in 2 weeks. After over a decade of amazing treatment from this center, this place has really gone down hill. The dispatch team is incredibly unhelpful and has no issue sending you to a line with dead air, repeatedly. When you ask to speak to a manager, you get put on hold for over 20 mins. I was looking for resolution, because my daughter's therapist no-showed her appointment. Do better BMHP.

My counselor is Doug. We had spoken about Boulder housing. Months later when I brought up Boulder housing he denied ever talking about Boulder housing. Kind of a shady practice. I'm currently working with Dr. Reina.
