I heard very good things about this clinic and the doctor, but when I went, there was only a nurse there. All he did was complain about the doctor not being there, roll his eyes, and was super rude when I was trying to explain my symptoms. He was super rough with his exams and I overheard him telling the doctor that I didn’t have anything wrong with me. This place is racist, I tried to take my daughter to get checked out to see if she had a cold. The receptionist didn’t even let me fill out paper work talking about the doctor was on his last patient for the day. And due to my child being small they rather her go to urgent care . Then they asked if I had insurance several times which i told them I do and if they don’t accept I’ll pay cash Mind you a Hispanic family walked in at the same time as me and will be seeing the doctor. Great Service even Better Professionals, we are out of Katy and we drive for our medical needs to this clinic best in town. Doctors and nurses treat people as human not only as business, you notice when someone really cares. They do care and this is the most important thing when talking about our health and wellness.
Dr.Humberto Martinez is the best of the best... he actually cares for his patients. Wish there were more like him, but I'm glad we have him here in Pasadena. The staff is awesome as well !!!
Called to get information and got quoted 150.00 plus 30.00 office visit. But if I just got the office visit they would not prescribe any medication until I paid for blood work. And he had no idea how much the blood work would cost until I came paid for the office visit. I then asked what if the blood work is to high and I can't afford it, he said then just pay for the office visit. Basically pay them 30.00 for nothing. This office is a scam!!
