I have never been so disappointed in a doctor's office. They are rude and lazy. And way over booked. I was charged again on a returning visit when the medication didn't Fix my problem. Then the staff made me look fo my own specialist..never had i seen office personnel so lazy i my life. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone! They are talking advantage of the insurance and the patients.
Dr. Arauz is a very good Doctor i am very happy hestayed to attend to all ofusin this side of town. too bad he cant see every single patient hehas two other doctors working there. i rathersee Him he listens to you and heis just a great Person. he has always cured me from the allergies and from other stuff this time his Doctors below him were not listening more into making a whole physical and not specific sick visit i went to.
