They do not send your prescriptions in to the pharmacy. Have been trying for 2 days to get the antibiotic prescription for strep throat. Finally spoke with Walgreens pharmacist who looked in the system and a prescription has not been received for that location nor any of the Walgreens location. Have tried calling this clinic several times and no one will answer. Obviously they do not know what they are doing since they have a dedicated line for pharmacy problems! I recommend this Medical Center for its professional quality and hospitality.
For me, this is the best Hispanic Clinic in Dallas. The treatment and communication of the doctors and nurses is, without a doubt, exceptional, as they thoroughly explain all the options and methods of treatment. They are always attentive to your condition, your improvement, etc. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel well cared for.
Super happy with the care, super concerned and attentive to the patients, very clean and above all very patient since we have some somewhat impatient patients haha, highly recommended without a doubt 👏👌
