Unfortunately this is the most saddest review I have ever done , I went desperate and crying because of a loosen tooth , I live near by and the nurse or receptionist she was indifferent, unconcerned, and unprofessional.I asked her if they take my insurance by any chance and she said no we don’t do business with that provider , now I see all the reviews and makes a lot of sense.
Poco profesional. Llamé en diciembre, me dieron cita para el 26 de enero y cuando llegué no aparecía en su sistema. Luego me dicen que como paciente nuevo no me podían atender porque ya no estaban aceptando nuevos pacientes. Pérdida total de tiempo y cero consideración con el paciente. Muy mala organización. No lo recomiendo.
Visite las oficinas personalmente ya que el número del teléfono que aparece en la fa- chada exterior no funciona. Cuando hable con la recepcionista esta me atendió de manera indiferente, despreocupada y poco profesional, aparentemente este es el estilo que impera en este lugar, por todo lo antes dicho es obvio que no los recomiendo.
