I wish if there is more than 5 stars to give! Dr.Gardezy Najia was very Nice, honest and professional. I came with big broken filling. My former Doctor Couldn't take a look due to full schedule. Dr Gardezy checked my filling and give me appointment on very next day to save my tooth even with here full schedule! The filling done professionally. No more pain since day one. Thank you!
Scheduled for an appointment 2 months ago as a new patient. Was told today my dentist called off sick and couldnt take me in. THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! Literally 4 hours prior! I waited 2 months and trequested the day off work for them to give me a call and say the next available appointment would be in October! ANOTHER 2 MONTHS! Their best suggestion was to make an appointment with their location in Castoville because they have "sooner" availability, but I am urgent need to get my teeth checked out! Showed up for my appointment. Lady at the counter stared at me for 20 minutes with a sin saying "at lunch". Eventually I just went to the counter to find out she forgot to remove the sign 2" above her face and that their dentist was out for the day. Not even an apology for no phone call.
This dentist rescheduled us and then did not show up for our visit. My son missed school and I rearranged my work schedule to make this appointment. We didn’t find out the dentist was a no show until we showed up on time to check in. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s unacceptable and we will be seeing another dentist from now on.
