The doctor (a woman) very rude, unprofessional, my mom trying to explain the situation of the patient (my cousin) since she asked, but yet was all mad giving attitude, being disrespectful, my mom is currently pregnant & it’s noticeable, she has high pressure & is diabetic…yet the doctor has no respects. “Doctors” like this don’t deserve to be hired if they don’t want to attend patients.

They take way too long putting customers on hold then they say "we have problems with the phones. I walked in there while on hold and they were gossiping and laughing while I'm in pain for the last year to get a cleaning for my crooked molars which now need to be deep cleaned. The dentist doesn't understand me and whatever I say goes out 1 ear into who knows where. They were not all professional, we had an apt at 8am and they did Anastasia at 9am and work on a cavity until 9:47am. They didn't give us updates, and when I ask they weren't professional. The only lady that was sweet was a new dental assistant that everytime I asked for information, was polite and very respectful. Will definitely not come back again.
