I am so thankful for NP Rocio Ruelas! She is very patient with her patients and takes the time to listen to our needs. She is always willing to go that extra mile to help her patients understand the importance of her medical prognosis and instructs her patients to follow her directions in taking their meds. Very caring, beautiful person as well!
I have struggled for years to find adequate health care, every doctor has dismissed my symptoms and ailments. I started coming to this clinic because my primary care doctor would not listen to my concerns. I saw NP Ruelas and she is awesome!! She listen to all my concerns and came up with a plan to help me. She continued to follow up with me to make sure the plan was working. She took her time, listened to what I was saying and made sure that I understood everything she was saying that would be part of my plan for my problem.
