Horrible service, I did exam back in June and was ordered ultrasound, have called several times regarding results and all they say it’s doctor was out for several weeks that wait for her to review results, it’s almost 2 months since exam and now they want me to schedule an appointment to get results, this is very unprofessional when I had already paid for first appointment why would I have to pay again? Really hope management does something about this is very unfair and frustrating
I don't do reviews at all, but I do want to make this one and say there is a girl there with 10/10 on customer services her name is Clarisa. She is very understandable, kinda and helpful. Definitely, there should be more like her. Also, her being bilingual was just the perfect touch. I appreciate your help girl, never change :)
I have a Autistic Son & was miss treated!!! They made me sign a whole book just so they wont loook at my son condition ! Ladies in the front were sleeping !!!
