I have not had any problems with Adelante health care. Their staff from front desk, to checking out has always been professional and courteous. Their phlebotomist is fantastic, I have not had bruising.

Horrible service, I did exam back in June and was ordered ultrasound, have called several times regarding results and all they say it’s doctor was out for several weeks that wait for her to review results, it’s almost 2 months since exam and now they want me to schedule an appointment to get results, this is very unprofessional when I had already paid for first appointment why would I have to pay again? Really hope management does something about this is very unfair and frustrating
