I drove far to be seen here and I was only 3 minutes past the grace period because I couldn’t find the place and the front desk staff told me I would need to reschedule a week out. I won’t be coming back to this location. Edit: I would like to also add that I was told 15 minutes was the grace period so when I arrived late because I could not find this place I thought I would still be able to be seen. If you want to feel heard and taken care of Clinic Sofia is where you should come. Clinic Sofia is great, everyone here does so well at making you feel comfortable and taken care of like you're apart of their own family! The staff are so thoughtful and charismatic. Special shout out to the front desk, they work so hard to make sure your visit goes smoothly! Will definitely be coming here.
