Would give zero stars if possible. Incompetency, rude, unprofessional and simply a disaster of a pharmacy . Change in pharmacist Guisippi made the place go downhill and quick . If you want to have prescriptions messed up, be treated horribly , spoken about , it was evident in the native tongue of the pharmacy staff , then this is the place for you. The staff have always been very helpful, efficient and friendly. I'm grateful to have them in this neighbourhood as I have been in need of frequent prescriptions and medicinal changes after doctor consultations in the offices above the pharmacy. Very convenient to be able to purchase a couple of grocery items, like milk and juices, here - as well as Ontario Lottery tickets and greeting cards.
Recently I’ve had two prescriptions done incorrectly. One was missing medication, the second was a label done in a language I did not understand. It dawned on me that the regular pharmacist, Giuseppe, was not there when prescriptions were filled. The pharmacy in general seemed chaotic. When I asked about Giuseppe, they told me they had cut his hours. This is detrimental to the pharmacy as they can’t afford to make mistakes and Giuseppe NEVER makes mistakes.
