Dr Tedman was with me for about 5 minutes and did not give me any opportunity to ask questions. It is all very medicalised and prescription focused. I felt quite self conscious after our encounter for the way he talked about my skin. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Previously I’ve been really impressed however, his conduct has surpassed efficient and is instead experienced as neglectful to his role. Dr Alex Tedman is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his patients. He is up to date with the latest treatment options and listens to his patients to best meet their needs. This was my first visit to Clinic One this week. It was lovely to have a smiling welcome at reception. I didn't wait long before Maddi took me to the room where Dr Tedman would be seeing me. Surrounds were immaculate and professional and I found Maddi caring and efficient. Dr Tedman soon arrived, very attentive and listened to my concerns.
