My wife comes here every month to see Miss Bonne. She really cares about her patient's well being and overall health. Since Bonne left, Kathy has taken over seeing my wife, and I must say, she DEFINITELY is so much like Bonne is! She listens to us, really cares about her patients, she always asks how we are doing, if we had done anything in the past month. Great facility. Staff is professional, and considerate. The on call formula that they have could use some improvement. There is a big issue with message relay from the on call agent, to the intended physician. I don't expect perfection, but they should at least have the basics of their job nailed.
Overall, a good clinic, staff is great. Only complaint I would offer is being forgotten when it comes to my meds being submitted. Certainly it's not taken personally, as I'm fully aware that this clinic posseses a high volume of patients. However, when I am told over the phone that they will submit it, and in fact did not, is a little upsetting. Hopefully this is just a one time thing and is not a recurring situation.
