So Like the last post, I too have had horrible service. My Apt was scheduled for 1600. I arrive at 1530 to do the paperwork. I understand I don't get called back till my time. When I do get called back to the room I sat there for 45 minutes without any heads up from anyone that he is running behind. Keep in mind this place closes at 5. And I was told this study takes an hour and half. Hopefully if you have a choice. Go somewhere else

PLEASE READ THIS IS A ONE STAR. While others may say or give this place higher stars my experience today says different. Seeing how there are no services provided at Ft. Knox we have no other choice but to be referred in the community. I do understand the doctor will be late in seeing their patience but to be NOT seen by the dr after 1:45 -2:00 is truly unacceptable (I arrived at11:15 and asked for co-pay at 1:17) dr still had not made his way to see me.
