Dr Reed & Dr Badrika Kahawatta and the rest of the staff there are excellent, caring people
The receptionist needs to learn basic phone etiquette... Answering the phone with a simple 'Hello Clinic at the Well' is not too much to ask and then to proceed on being abrupt. They want us to respect them however respect goes both ways
