I hope the owner didn’t skip town and if he actually reopens up I’ll change this review. I previously bought 3 giftcards to use. I tried booking one in May and he cancelled on me for a family emergency. That was fine but since then I haven’t been able to get ahold of the business. Social media presence is dead and no response on their business line. It’s been 4 months so I’m not sure what’s going on either their move, but hope I didn’t lose out on $300+ dollars.

Terrible customer service
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not come here! I have been trying to book a massage I purchased last year for now 9 months, enough time to have a full term baby. The owner is inconsiderate of your time and money as I spent close to $150 for a massage package as a gift that never was able to be redeemed. Guess what?! No refunds either, so I will never see a dime for my hard earned money and can no longer get the charge disputed from my bank bc of the amount of time that has gone by.
