Terrible service, no doctor on site. Mischarges and no resolutions for over 60 days, stear clear!
I’m sure service is great but if you make an appointment, then elect to put up your cc info so your seen before patients who don’t. They still make you sit and wait for over an hour. We got here before our appointment and there’s one person infront of us and still takes that long. There’s a bait and switch they play. Very unprofessional.
I’m an MD, so I understand health care. Went to my 0815 appointment for cold/cough/pharyngitis. PA did a cursory exam—told me my tonsils were normal. I had to tell her I had no tonsils—they’ve been removed—something a third year med student would have realized. Did not do a cervical lymph node exam, something routine for this issue. Asked her to prescribe what my lung doctor did for my cough, as I have what is called reactive airway disease, showed her the empty bottle. This is probably the best Urgent Care you can go to they're always open and there's hardly ever anybody there that you're in and out in no time I've come multiple times and each time I'm out within an hour no joke. But not just that they don't rush and not listen to you I feel like this is a problem with a lot of doctors they're too busy trying to get you in and out the door not actually sitting down and listening to what you have to say and taking it to heart I've seen more than one doctor here I always come here and every ... read more
