I have four kids so we r frequent patients. We come here because of how unbelievably fast they WERE. as u can imagine as a working mother time is something i have so little of. Most urgent cares take so long. The place is very clean and the people are always very nice. Any patient who says the people arent friendly.... Its most likely the patient not the workers here. I have four kids so I used to love this place because they were super super fast. However, often times they send the wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy or just flat out forget to send them. Also, they have stopped being fast. Instead they will leave you sitting there when there are clearly no other patients. They also misdiagnosed my three year old. The PA couldn't even identify thrush on a toddlers tongue. She said it was not thrush because It would not scrape off the tongue. I was stunned as any mother knows that that is ... read more

Went in today for a finger that I cut during a cooking class and to explore a possible uti infection The staff were great, check in efficient and everything finished in about 20 minutes. Jon D. and Robyn were sooo goood. I have never felt this positive about visiting urgent care. In case I need urgent care - this is the only place I'd want to go. Update, visited second time few weeks ago, and experience was smooth and professional.
