I'll start with the good. Very clean and good service. It's the post visit I have a problem with. Cash price is 100. Was told with my insurance it'd probably be about 85. They ended up billing my insurance double that at 200. So I got stuck paying 140! A full 40 more than had I not used insurance and just paid cash. Ridiculous. I also asked for a payment plan. They never called back just went ahead and charged my card the full 140. Be very careful with the billing with this company.

4/20/25 came in for a standard cortisone shot for gout. Had a severe reaction where my body was paralyzed. Called in to speak with someone, was told they didn’t know what it could be and just to go to the emergency room. Never have had this type reaction from a previous cortisone for same issue. Took zero accountability. Went in today for a finger that I cut during a cooking class and to explore a possible uti infection The staff were great, check in efficient and everything finished in about 20 minutes. Jon D. and Robyn were sooo goood. I have never felt this positive about visiting urgent care. In case I need urgent care - this is the only place I'd want to go. Update, visited second time few weeks ago, and experience was smooth and professional.
