5 stars for Dr. Clines and 1 star for the staff. I called the office this morning, 2/4/25, someone clearly picked up and then hung up on me! I tried calling back twice and I received a message that no one was available to answer my call. If you’re too busy to answer calls, then why not let them go to voicemail in the first place? Actually, picking up the phone and then hanging up is rude and unprofessional.
