I had a floating floor and carpet installed back in April. My floor is still not installed correctly seven months later. The owner of this establishment seem to careless. I spent a decent amount of money at the business. I may not have purchase the most expensive flooring but it wasn't the cheapest either. Regardless the product is okay but the installation is awful and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am still waiting a return phone call and it has been three weeks.
