Good PAs,
Everytime i go see the dr I pay right after before leaving the office,but always get charged double the amount the next day on my Healow app. They keep saying it was a mistake but everytime is ridiculous!

They make appointments with absolutely no intention of seeing you even remotely close to the appointment time. You can expect to be sitting in a room waiting for at least an hour and a half sometimes two or three hours. Then they don't even give explanation for why they are so late. I find it highly inconsiderate and unprofessional. It's a consistent problem. I have other things to do besides sit in an uncomfortable chair in a cold room listening to terrible music for hours on end.
