I had the good fortune of meeting Cline Coates when I purchased an investment property in a new neighborhood he was working on and have to say he has become my go to guy for all projects on our properties. Cline is professional, his work is impeccable and his pricing is very reasonable. I have to add that he is the nicest man! I would tell anyone looking for something as small as handy work or as big as a construction project to use Cline. You will not regret it!
I have used Cline Coates for a number of large and small projects over the past eight years. Additionally, I recommend him to my clients. In every case, he has done excellent work, communicated well and completed projects on time. He has a wealth of experience and I have enjoyed his advice and ideas on how to upgrade and improve our 48 year old house. He is a pleasure to work with and I recommend him without hesitation.
Cline Coates remodeled a condo in Wolf Laurel for me. Besides doing excellent work, he is reliable, honest, skilled and knowledgeable. He completely tore out a very old kitchen and updated it. Flooring was all removed and replaced with LVP. An old bathroom was remodeled with a new tiled walk in shower and the entire condo got new paint and doors. He is a good man, a joy to be around, and I will highly recommend him to anyone.
