Courtney was not only the utmost professional, but was able to navigate a complex situation with ease and grace--resulting in reaching terms to avoid trial. Courtney truly heard each side, and represented each person's interests in an understanding and solution oriented manner. I highly recommend her. She is extremely good at what she does.

Courtney Cline is the prime example why people say "Colorado is a woman's state" I did not want to believe this and felt hopeful going into arbitration because of her previous stellar reviews. We presented over 100 pieces of evidence backed by CRS that clearly showed a decline in finances and testified on how I had to switch shifts to nights to ensure I can take the children to/from school and my days off now include school days. This was, without question, one of the worst and most seemingly unfair processes I’ve ever experienced. The arbitration felt rushed, superficial, and overwhelmingly one-sided. The arbitrator appeared to accept nearly every claim from my ex-wife at face value, even when clearly contradicted by documentation and evidence. Much of what she presented was unsubstantiated or constantly shifting, yet it was still treated as 100% credible.
