If you want a smooth, communicative, and professional closing, do not choose this company. Owner took a personal day on the day of closing, did not complete needed transfers the day prior for the seller, and left a new employee at the office in her absence who in turn had gridlocked the final step of closing (genuinely not her fault; no employee should be left to complete a deal like this on their own without the proper training, guidelines, and authority.
