Had a colonoscopy/endoscopy there yesterday and the whole team was great. Kind, professional, took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. They made a stressful day pleasant.
I had a decent encounter the other day. Went into the ER with a red rash/ spider bite that hasn't cleared up yet. My nurse was Jamie. My Dr was Wilcoxson, who was very professional, helpful, and determined helped me after 2 misdiagnoses from Tazewell hospital and a local family practice in Tazewell. Thanks again for yalls help. Every patient needs a good experience!!!
waited over 45 minutes when the place was very empty when i finally got there and the nurse only made the pain worse by yanking my clearly infected hand every direction. billed me almost 500 dollars for a hand wash and bandaid? awful and useless medical help is NOT worth 470 dollars.
The Radiation/Oncology Department is outstanding. Dr. Marcus Brown and the entire team are caring, friendly, efficient, and courteous. I will complete my 28 Radiation treatments on August 14th and I am looking forward to ringing the bell tomorrow! I highly recommend this team and Clinch Valley Health.
