Everyone in every department I've been involved with has been so kind. I can ask anyone for help and be treated warmly. All the care I've gotten during visits and procedures has been amazing, top-tier bedside manners. Even when I've been lost, late to my appointment trying to figure out which building or room to go, I have been helped and seen by everyone in my path, and my appointments go smoothly. 7 hrs and 40 minutes in the ED. Busy, but appeared very disorganized. No one explained why any thing was ordered except EKG and 'labs'. Again, labs and CT scan of chest ordered. Nurse Practitioner answered a few questions concerning the CT Scan. No one asked how I felt or if I needed anything. A nice lady did offer me a blanket. Due to the lack of proper professional uniforms, everyone was not identified and name tags were turned around or obscured in some fashion. Tip: Staff should introduce self and explain Procedures.
