Very nervous going in. That changed fast. Those ladies are the best. They take time with you. Full of information and just all around talk. I thank God I got to Richlands hospital. I would not have it any way. Thanks for saving my life. Thanks to all.

The night nurses in ICU are very rude and seem to not care about the family of their patients I have called 2 nights in a row with the privacy code about my very loved aunt and I get a annoyed and rude response ridiculous!
I'm here at the hospital and have been for almost 5 hrs. My phlebotomist was a lady named Judy and she was awesome. My doctor was Dr. Cox who was rude when she met me. Instead of making sure I understood what she was saying she came to my room and repeated herself saying ma'am idk your results I have to look them over again, 3 times. As if I don't understand what that means. I understand this was during a shift change but manners don't hurt anyone to use them!!!
