Lost my paperwork from a week prior. Asked me to be there 15 minutes early, then when I got there they asked why I was early (even with no paperwork). They clean the floors daily with some strong cleaner. If you have breathing problems or sensitivity to scents, do NOT go in this clinic. Everyone, except one person, was nice. The kicker, in case you dont know, they (clinics) cannot give you pain meds, anxiety meds, depression meds, or meds for neuropathy or fibromyalgia.
Good courteous staff. Willing to listen and take care of your needs.
