Jake hosted an incredible Crossfit Kids birthday party for my eight year old son and friends. Jake, or Coach Jones, as the kids call him, encouraged the boys and girls to try their best! I am sure some would think, who would want to exercise for a birthday party? Let me tell you, the kids were exercising and having fun!
